Because many products are handcrafted from natural wood:

3. Personalized Products

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all names, text, logos, dates, and uploaded images are correct before placing an order.

Woodwelt is not responsible for:

  • spelling mistakes submitted by customers
  • incorrect dates
  • poor image quality
  • design mistakes approved by the customer

Personalized products cannot normally be cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or contain an error caused by us.

4. DIY Kits

Some products are supplied as DIY (Do-It-Yourself) kits and require assembly.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Glue is not included.
  • Assembly tools are not included.
  • Adult supervision is recommended for children.
  • Woodwelt is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper assembly or misuse.

5. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse any order
  • cancel suspicious orders
  • limit quantities
  • discontinue products without notice

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

6. Pricing

All prices are shown in Euros (€).

Prices include VAT where applicable.

  • designs

is the property of Woodwelt unless otherwise stated.

When customers upload artwork, logos, or images for engraving, they confirm that:

  • they own the rights to the content, or
  • they have permission to use it.

Woodwelt is not responsible for copyright infringement caused by customer-submitted materials.

Some products may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

Customers are responsible for safe use and proper handling.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woodwelt shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages
  • loss of profits
  • business interruption
  • misuse of products
  • customer assembly errors
  • delays caused by third parties

Our total liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the product concerned.
